Payment お支払いについて

■銀行振込（前払い）
お支払い確認後、発送いたします。振込手数料はお客様のご負担となりますのでご了承ください。
尚ご入金のタイミングや土日祝日をはさむ場合は確認が遅れることもございます。予めご了承下さいませ。

Shipping 配送・送料について

合計3,980円(税抜)以上のお買い物で送料無料
宅配便(お酒)・クール便(冷凍商品)は、各それぞれ合計6,000円(税抜)以上のご注文で送料無料
※宅配便(お酒)・クール便(冷凍食品)を一緒にご注文の場合、２つの送料が発生いたします。配送は2個口梱包で発送
※沖縄・離島へ配送する場合は、9,800円(税抜)以上で送料無料

送料に変更がある場合は、当店からご連絡いたします。
在庫があり、別途記載のない場合は、通常3営業日以内での発送となります。お届け日の指定は、ご注文の4営業日後から1週間後まで可能です。

Free shipping for purchases over 3,980 yen (tax excluded).
Free shipping on orders over 6,000 yen (tax included) for separate orders for courier (tax included) and cool (frozen).
* If you order courier (liquor) and refrigerated (frozen food) together, you will be charged two shipping charges. Shipping will be shipped in a 2-piece package.

* Delivery to Okinawa and remote islands will be free shipping for orders over 9,800 yen (tax included).
Cool and courier will be delivered separately.
If you order Cool Courier (frozen food) courier (regular product/other than frozen food) together, the product will be delivered in 2 packages.

Return Policy 返品について

■返品期限
こちらの不備によるご返品の場合は商品到着後48時間以内にメールかお電話にてご連絡下さい。ご連絡がなくご返品をされましてもお受けできませんのでご了承下さい。お客様のご都合による返品は受付けておりません。
　　
■初期不良の場合
欠品や成形不良がある場合がございますので、パーツの確認を行っていただく様お願い致します。もし初期不良がありましたらこちらも商品到着後24時間以内にメールかお電話にてご連絡下さい。
